Yes. We use a naturally fermented sourdough starter and do not add commercial baker’s yeast. That traditional fermentation is part of what gives Cook’s its true sourdough flavor, texture, and character.
Many gluten-free loaves are small, expensive, and gone in just a few servings. Cook’s gives you a real-sized 2 lb loaf that can make about 8 full sandwiches or meals — often making it a better value per loaf than smaller grocery-store options.
